How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order within the US. We currently ship to US addresses only.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and usually arrive in 5–10 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. See our refund policy for the steps.
Will this fit my car?
Each product page says which vehicles it fits. Items for Tesla, Rivian and other EVs list the exact models and years. If you're not sure, email us your make, model and year before ordering and we'll check.
Are you affiliated with Tesla or Rivian?
No. DriveNest is an independent store. We sell accessories made to fit these vehicles, and we use model names only to describe fit.
Do you sell EV chargers or charging cables?
No. We only sell non-electrical accessories for EV owners, such as charger holders, organisers and sunshades.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to change or cancel it.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund.
